Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services from Enfield Photo & Video, including real estate, drone, automotive, commercial, family, and graduation photography and video. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. Amounts and due dates are listed on your invoice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice lose the deposit. If we have to cancel due to an emergency, we'll reschedule or refund what you paid.

Weather & Drone Flights
We may reschedule outdoor or aerial sessions for rain, wind, or unsafe conditions at no cost to you. All drone flights are done by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot and follow FAA rules. Some locations have airspace restrictions, so aerial shots can't always be guaranteed.

Your Responsibilities
Real estate clients should have the property clean and ready, and must have the owner's permission for us to photograph and fly over it. For portrait and graduation sessions, please arrive on time - late starts may shorten your session. A parent or guardian must be present for anyone under 18.

Delivery
Files are delivered through an online gallery or download link. Please download and back up your files promptly, as links may expire. Raw, unedited files are not provided.

Copyright & Usage
Enfield Photo & Video owns the copyright to all photos and video we create.

• Personal clients may print and share their images for personal use, but may not sell them or use them commercially.
• Real estate clients may use media to market that specific listing (MLS, listing sites, social media, flyers). Media may not be given or sold to other agents, brokers, or third parties without permission.
• Commercial clients receive the usage rights listed in their quote.

Portfolio Use
We may share photos and video from your session on our website and social media. If you'd prefer we don't, just let us know before your session.

Liability
If equipment failure or something outside our control prevents delivery, our liability is limited to a refund of what you paid for that service.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be handled in Riverside County, California.
